Role Overview
Sera Neon UK is seeking an experienced Offshore Delivery Lead – Oracle Cloud to oversee and drive end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud programs from India. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional and technical expertise across HCM, CRM and Finance, with hands-on experience in reporting, integrations, and cloud platforms (PaaS/IaaS/SaaS).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead offshore delivery teams across multiple Oracle Cloud workstreams, ensuring quality, timelines, and governance
- Act as the primary liaison between Sera Neon UK’s onshore stakeholders and offshore teams in India
- Drive end-to-end delivery across Oracle Cloud implementations, enhancements, and support
- Oversee solution design and delivery for:
- HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, etc.)
- Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, etc.)
- Technical components (Reporting, Integrations, Extensions)
- Implement and enforce delivery best practices, risk management, and quality assurance
- Manage resource planning, utilization, and capability development within the offshore teams
- Lead issue resolution, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support pre-sales, estimations, and solutioning when required
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience:
- 12+ years in IT, with significant Oracle Cloud delivery experience
- Proven track record in managing offshore/onshore delivery models
- Experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud programs
- Functional Expertise:
- Broad experience across both HCM and Finance
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-module dependencies
- Technical Expertise:
- Oracle Cloud Reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards)
- Integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, FBDI)
- Extensions using PaaS and knowledge of IaaS/SaaS
- Exposure to cloud platform architecture and deployment
- Leadership & Delivery:
- Strong leadership of distributed teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery models
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud certifications (HCM, Finance, or Integration/Technical)
- Experience in global consulting or system integration projects
- Multi-country / multi-entity implementation exposure
- Ability to support pre-sales and solutioning
