Job Purpose
Overall Responsibility of P&L and Balance Sheet for the Agriculture Segment in the India Region. Responsible for Strategic & Operational financial management of Agriculture Segment business operation
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Business Control & Support
- Commercial Control: Drive Pricing Strategy and Margin Analysis in the region
- Industrial Control: Industrial Cost Management; Cost Control & Efficiency
- Parts & Service Control: Pricing; Operational Cost (Frt./Depot) Management
- Oversight of Financial Compliance for India Ag Legal entities
India Finance Coordination: Be a finance reference for India Regional Leader and his leadership team in India. Manage key specific India related matters requiring special coordination amongst different finance functions (Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Controlling) and ensure coordination and collaboration across various finance function within India
The role is responsible for creating and maintaining a high standard of financial discipline, business decision support and accountability within the region. Overall management and coordination of revenue budgets, forecasts & multi-year plan, monthly financial close and monthly financial reports. Enhancing processes and procedures and challenge business owners to continuously drive efficiency in business operations
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead annual, quarterly, and long-term forecasting and business planning.
Provide P&L insights on revenue, margins, and SG&A with key risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
Enhance reporting systems and tools aligned with CNH global standards.
Business Control & Support
Work with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Aftersales to drive performance across Net Sales, Gross Margin, and EBIT.
Commercial Control
Define pricing and discount strategies; manage commercial reserves.
Support S&OP for effective inventory management (company & dealer).
Control Sales & Marketing SG&A and ensure compliance with CNH processes and SOX controls.
Industrial Control
Manage cost and Capex for Noida and Pune plants; drive cost-reduction and efficiency.
Oversee inventory planning and compliance with costing and audit policies.
Parts & Service Control
Partner with Aftersales to grow revenue and profitability of the parts business.
Support efficient depot operations and ensure compliance with global standards.
Financial Compliance & Governance
Ensure SOX, statutory, and internal audit compliance for India Ag legal entities.
Oversee regulatory adherence and closure of audit action plans.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead a team of 11; collaborate across India, APAC, and Global Finance.
Partner with Accounting, Tax, and Treasury; represent India in global reviews.

Authority: Up to USD 1M
Revenue: ~USD 400M
Experience Required
20+ years’ progressive experience in Finance function
Education/Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- CA/CPA/CFA/Finance MBA from reputed institute
