What you will be doing!
As a system administrator, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for network desktops, systems hardware, and software.
Requirements
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the help desk by users of cloud infrastructure
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday 2 PM to 10 PM or 3 PM to 11 PM
- Must be available for training Monday - Friday 6 AM to 2 PM
Experience And Education
- A High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience.
Certification
- IAT Level 1 certification required
Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
