Opportunity Overview
HYTORC is seeking local partner companies to represent our industrial bolting solutions in key regions across India. This is a commission-based partnership focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and regional market development.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities in assigned region
• Build relationships with industrial clients (power, cement, oil & gas, etc.)
• Arrange customer meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
• Support initial technical discussions and introductions
• Coordinate with HYTORC for pricing, proposals, and order execution
• Maintain regular communication with HYTORC sales team

• Demo support and application guidance
• Pricing, quoting, and deal closing handled centrally
• Brand, marketing support, and global reputation
Requirements
• Existing presence in industrial sales, services, or distribution
• Access to local customer network in target industries
• Team of 2–4 people preferred
• Ability to support customer visits and coordination locally
• Entrepreneurial mindset and growth focus
Compensation
• Commission-based (on successful deals)
• No fixed salary (contractual partnership)
Ideal Partner Profile
• Small industrial distributor or service company
• Existing relationships in factories, plants, EPCs
• Experience selling industrial tools, equipment, or services
