Role Description
This on-site, full-time role is based in Ahmedabad, where you will serve as an Independent Profit & Loss (P&L) Leader. In this role, you will oversee business operations and drive revenue growth while ensuring profitability. Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial forecasting, team leadership, market analysis, and operational efficiency management. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to craft actionable, results-driven strategies that align with their goals. Additionally, you’ll manage budgets, identify opportunities for expansion, and execute initiatives to enhance business performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Profit & Loss Management
- Expertise in Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Market Research
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Experience in implementing Operational Efficiency and Workflow Optimization strategies
- Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving financial targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience working with SMEs or consulting firms is an advantage
- Analytical mindset and ability to handle complex challenges effectively
