Role Description
This is a contract role for an Independent Impact Assessment Consultant, located on-site in Delhi, India. The consultant will design and conduct impact assessments for development projects, including qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, providing actionable insights, developing frameworks for monitoring, and collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate project outcomes. The consultant will ensure assessments align with the organization’s mission to maximize social impact.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis, with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Strong skills in developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks and impact assessment strategies.
- Excellent report writing, documentation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and teams in development projects or similar roles.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an NGO or with environmental, healthcare, or social programs is a plus.
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field preferred.
