Hiring Now | Wealth Distribution Role (PMS / AIF / MF)
Looking for professionals who are passionate about building strong advisor relationships and driving AUM growth in the HNI segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage IFA / MFD / wealth advisor network
- Drive partner activation and business generation
- Support client meetings and investment discussions
- Promote portfolio solutions across managed products & alternatives
- Build strong relationships and ensure consistent engagement
- Achieve monthly & quarterly AUM targets
What You’ll Be Measured On
- Active advisor base
- AUM mobilised
- Conversion ratios
- Repeat investments
- Partner productivity
Ideal Profile
- 4–8 years in wealth / PMS / AIF / mutual fund distribution
- Strong network of financial advisors / wealth partners
- Good understanding of HNI clients and investment products
- Strong communication and relationship skills
