The Objective
IECHM Technology operates an industrial-scale hardware and deep-tech innovation studio. We specialize in precise CNC machining, PCB fabrication, and high-tolerance execution.
We are establishing a direct pipeline with independent industrial designers, freelance hardware engineers, and mechanical CAD specialists. This network connects your design expertise with our production floor.
The Position
When you finalize a hardware design, your client inevitably asks how and where to build it. Instead of leaving the execution to chance, this partnership allows you to route the production directly to a trusted facility. You retain your independent freelance business, but you gain an industrial backend.
The Mechanics of the Partnership
- The Workflow: You complete the engineering, prototyping, or design phase for your client. You then refer the physical production run to IECHM.
- The Financial Structure: You monetize the manufacturing, not just your design hours. You receive a contractually guaranteed percentage of the total production contract value for any client you bring to our floor.
- The Protection: All engagements operate under strict non-circumvention agreements. Your clients remain yours. We are your manufacturing arm, not your competitor.
- The Execution: A flawless physical product validates your engineering. We execute your designs exactly as specified, protecting your reputation and ensuring your client receives a premium product.
Required Profile
- You operate as an independent freelance hardware engineer, PCB designer, or industrial designer.
- You actively produce manufacturing-ready files (CAD, STEP, Gerber) for clients.
- Your clients frequently require physical prototyping, low-volume production, or scaling to industrial manufacturing.
- You demand high-tolerance execution and refuse to let your designs be compromised by substandard manufacturing.
