The Provider Network Services Co‑Op will support operational, analytical, and project‑based work related to provider setup, data accuracy, outreach initiatives, and issue resolution. This role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to healthcare operations, provider network management, and data‑driven decision‑making within a managed care organization.

The Co‑Op will work closely with operational leaders and subject matter experts to support day‑to‑day provider activities while assisting with data analysis, reporting, and documentation that enables the team to focus on complex provider escalations and priority initiatives.

Required Skills:

· Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

· Ability to work with data sets, spreadsheets, and trackers

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)

· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

· Ability to organize information and maintain documentation

· Clear written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assignments

· Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, operational environment

Accepted Majors:

· Business Administration

· Healthcare Administration or Health Services

· Data Analytics or Business Analytics

· Information Systems

· Operations Management

· Public Health

· Finance or Economics

Classification:

· Junior or Senior undergraduate students

· Recent graduate (must be within one year or less of the program start date)

Minimum GPA:

· 3.0
