Key Responsibilities
Operations Governance & Business Excellence
• Drive operational governance frameworks through dashboards, KPIs, reporting mechanisms, review cadences, and business rhythm management
• Establish and improve governance processes to ensure operational discipline, accountability, and execution excellence
• Lead Governance Excellence (GovEx) initiatives focused on standardization, process optimization, risk mitigation, and operational maturity
• Monitor adherence to organizational policies, audit requirements, compliance standards, and business controls
Financial & Revenue Operations Management
• Own revenue operations including revenue tracking, invoicing governance, PO management, financial forecasting support, and commercial coordination
• Ensure accuracy and governance of commercial, financial, and contractual documentation
• Partner with Finance teams to improve visibility into revenue realization, billing efficiency, margins, and operational financial metrics
• Identify financial leakage risks, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
Strategic Initiatives & Leadership Support
• Partner with leadership teams to drive strategic business initiatives and cross-functional transformation programs
• Analyze operational and business data to generate insights, identify trends, and provide recommendations for informed decision-making
• Translate data into executive-ready insights, business narratives, and actionable recommendations
• Support leadership with business reviews, MIS reporting, operational planning, and executive dashboards
• Lead and manage complex ad hoc organizational initiatives and leadership mandates
Process Transformation & Automation
• Identify opportunities for automation, process simplification, and operational efficiency improvements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging analytics, automation tools, and process redesign
• Improve operational workflows and governance mechanisms to reduce manual effort and enhance scalability
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing vendor/contractor operations and SOW governance
• Ability to work in ambiguity and manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and decision-support capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills
• High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives end-to-end
• Exposure to pharmaceutical/healthcare domain preferred
