Must Have

Associate Manager- Data & Analytics

You will be responsible for:
• Deliver various types of analytics projects, ranging from reporting, tool building / automation to ad-hoc analytics to delivering complex business operations projects on an ongoing basis, depending on the needs of the client
• Assist in the development of competitive sales metrics to meet client sales force operational & strategic plans
• Support design and calculations of sales incentive schemes
• Create realistic and actionable metrics besides assisting the management and collation and delivery of sales and activity KPI reports
• Create a Centre of Excellence to harbor knowledge sharing, identify business champions, accelerate successful adoption and breed passion in data insight and visualization.

Nice to have:
• 7+ years experienced in leading analytics, data transformation, visualization projects
• Experienced in data transformation tools is a good to have, like SQL (query building, indexing, transformation), DSS Dataiku
• Experienced in data visualization tools is a good to have, like Tableau, PowerBI
• Should have some business analytics experience / mindset and domain expertise
• Expert in handling large data sets, automating processes and guiding teams in building custom reports
• Work with teams to develop custom intuitive, interactive and dynamic dashboards, enabling actionable insights and self-service analytics.
• Requires the ability to organize, manage and work within a global team-oriented, collaborative environment, providing technical consultative support to peers, projects and end users, including the development of technical standards
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, technical, interpersonal and communication skills
