Role Overview As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with the Operations team to support and enhance internal processes, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day activities. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy optimizing workflows, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Manage and update internal databases and records accurately. Assist with background verification (BGV) and onboarding processes. Monitor and ensure timely completion of operational tasks. Support the management of recruitment and employee data. Handle day-to-day operational challenges and propose improvements. Coordinate with different teams to streamline internal processes. Prepare and maintain reports and documentation. Organising in person meetup or events Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. What We're Looking For Recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Analytical mindset with a focus on improving efficiency. A go-getter attitude, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Creative, out-of-the-box thinking to optimize and streamline processes. A quick-to-action, startup mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
