Hiring: Incubation Coordinator | Dev Bhoomi Uttrakhand University
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Incubation Coordinator to join our university ecosystem and drive innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate startup incubation programs and innovation initiatives within the university.
2. Organize hackathons, startup competitions, bootcamps, workshops, and entrepreneurship events.
3. Identify, screen, and support student and faculty startup ideas for incubation.
4. Coordinate mentor engagement and facilitate interactions with industry experts and entrepreneurs.
5. Build and maintain relationships with startups, investors, industry partners, and incubation networks.
6. Facilitate funding opportunities, government schemes, grants, and startup support initiatives.
7. Monitor and track progress of incubated startups and prepare reports/documentation.
8. Support the development and growth of the university innovation ecosystem.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Master’s degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1-2 year Experience in startup incubation, entrepreneurship development, innovation management, or industry-academia collaboration preferred.
3. Strong communication, networking, coordination, and project management skills.
4. Knowledge of startup ecosystems, government startup policies, and incubation processes is an added advantage.
