Role: Incubation Program Manager (Remote) — India
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, manage and deliver end-to-end incubation cohorts: curriculum, timelines, milestones, and graduation criteria.
- Source, evaluate and onboard high-potential early-stage startups using structured due-diligence and scoring frameworks.
- Provide hands-on mentorship on product-market fit, business-model refinement, go-to-market strategies, and traction planning.
- Facilitate fundraising and investor introductions; prepare founders for pitches and manage demo-day logistics.
- Define program KPIs, build progress dashboards, and produce stakeholder reports to track portfolio performance.
- Develop and manage partner networks—corporates, VCs, service providers, and mentors—and run workshops, masterclasses, and networking events.
