Primary job title: Incubation Program Manager (Remote - India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, launch and run end-to-end remote incubation cohorts and bespoke acceleration tracks tailored to early-stage technology startups.
- Source and evaluate high-potential ventures via active scouting, screening, and structured due-diligence to build a high-quality program pipeline.
- Manage portfolio performance: set KPIs, track progress, conduct regular reviews, and implement growth interventions to drive measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate mentorship, advisor and investor networks; prepare founders for investor meetings, pilots, and commercial partnerships.
- Develop program curriculum, workshops, and resources (go-to-market playbooks, fundraising clinics, product validation templates) to accelerate founder learning.
- Handle program operations and stakeholder communications, including partner negotiations, budget oversight, and impact reporting.
