Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Jaipur, is for an Incubation Manager at JKLU. The Incubation Manager will oversee and manage the operations of the Atal Incubation Centre, supporting startups and entrepreneurs through mentorship, funding opportunities, and strategic guidance. Responsibilities include planning and organizing incubation programs, strengthening industry and investment networks, nurturing early-stage startups, and organizing events such as workshops and pitch sessions.
The role will involve collaboration with students, faculty, and external stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. In this role, you will play a strategic part in driving the centre’s growth - leading programs, building partnerships, supporting high-potential startups, shaping student entrepreneurship initiatives, steering SEED fund processes, and strengthening AIC-JKLU’s national presence. If you have at least 3-4 years of experience in the startup or innovation ecosystem and a vision to build something transformative, this role is built for you.
