Our Startups
We are pleased to share that our incubation/acceleration programs have enrolled over 90 startups, while the number of participants in our pre-incubation program approaches nearly 200 and even more. Job Summary
Position: Incubation Manager
Department: Atal Incubation Centre (AIC) CVRCEF
Location: CGU Bhubaneswar Campus
Eligibility Criteria for Incubation Manager AIC (Pan India Basis)
1. Educational Qualification:
- Minimum post-graduate degree in Management / Science / Technology / Entrepreneurship / Business Administration / Engineering / Economics or equivalent.
- Preference for candidates with MBA / PGDM or higher qualifications from reputed institutions.
2. Professional Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in incubation, entrepreneurship development, startup ecosystem, innovation management, consulting, or related fields.
- Exposure to government programs, startup accelerators, venture capital, or technology commercialization will be an added advantage.
3. Skill Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem in India, including funding, scaling, and innovation trends.
- Proficiency in project management, stakeholder engagement, and networking with startups, corporates, investors, and academic institutions.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to prepare and present reports, proposals, and policy documents.
- Digital proficiency with tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
4. Age Limit (if applicable by AIC norms):
- Preferably below 40 years
5. Other Criteria:
- Passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Willingness to travel within India as required.
- Ability to work in a team and manage diverse stakeholders.
Brief Job Description Incubation Manager (AIC)
The Incubation Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the incubation programs at the Atal Incubation Centre, supporting startups and entrepreneurs in their journey from ideation to scale-up. The role involves end-to-end program management, ecosystem building, and providing strategic support to startups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Design, implement, and monitor incubation and acceleration programs aligned with AICs objectives.
- Startup Support: Provide mentorship, business guidance, and connect startups with investors, mentors, and industry experts.
- Funding & Investments: Facilitate linkages with venture capitalists, angel investors, and government funding schemes.
- Networking: Build partnerships with corporates, industry bodies, academia, and ecosystem enablers.
- Capacity Building: Organize workshops, training sessions, hackathons, and events for entrepreneurs.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track performance metrics of startups and prepare progress reports for NITI Aayog / AIM and other stakeholders.
- Promotion & Outreach: Enhance visibility of AIC through media, outreach programs, and collaboration initiatives.
- Resource Mobilization: Assist in raising funds, sponsorships, and collaborations for sustainability of incubation activities.

Terms of Appointment
- Annual contract renewed every year based on project duration and performance
