Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore for an Incubation Associate. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations of startup incubation programs, building relationships with entrepreneurs and industry stakeholders, organizing events or workshops, and assisting startups in accessing funding and mentorship opportunities. The Incubation Associate will also help monitor the progress of incubated ventures, provide guidance, and manage administrative tasks related to program operations. The position requires active collaboration with multiple stakeholders to foster innovation and enable the holistic growth of startups.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage day-to-day operations and incubation programs.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with entrepreneurs, mentors, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in planning and executing events or workshops related to innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Knowledge of startup ecosystems, business development, and funding processes is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and provide operational support to entrepreneurial initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience working within an incubation center, startup, or relevant industry is a plus.
