Opportunity in Consumer Industries & Retail - Key Account Management (SM/ AD)
About the Vertical / Clients
Consumer Industries & Retail is a fast-growing vertical within Incture. Cherrywork products & our Industry Cloud solutions are driving transformational outcomes for our customers. There are several marquee accounts within the vertical across geographies. You will be expected to bring business traction in the accounts & close deals by working closely with client stakeholders.
The role is based in Bengaluru, India. You will work along with Solution & Delivery Leads in the cited accounts. You will report to VP-Sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
Grow revenue in the accounts to meet clearly established top-line targets while continuing to diversify the products & services being delivered
Establish relationships with key decision makers and ensure that existing clients are highly satisfied
Interact with the leadership team on the IT & business side of the client and be viewed as a trusted advisor to the client
Protect, enhance, and grow business with the client including managing new business development & account management
Ensure that program managers are leading profitable and efficient programs with strong customer satisfaction
Requirements
Skills Required
Proven customer-facing skills in a truly multi-cultural environment
Build high stakes in a competitive multi-vendor situation (both product & services), dominated by larger & niche players alike, and deliver outcomes
Ability to strategize, build business cases and present Incture PoV on various topics at the first level before relevant experts are engaged
Has a good appreciation of CPGR value chain, Cloud Platforms, Data/Analytics and the components
Strong knowledge of IT/product delivery systems & methodologies. Eg. Agile, CI/CD, AMS, Product lifecycle, emerging capabilities etc.
Comfortable to provide a Level 1 escalation handling support to the delivery team
Eye for details for business problems & opportunities preferably with CPGR background
Experience in closing deals in the range of $250K - $3M
Extensive experience in scaling client accounts, building referenceable client relationships and delivering IT solutions
