Job Summary:
The Integration Support Engineer plays a critical role in Increff’s customer onboarding and post-go-live success. This role focuses on integrating customer systems with Increff’s platform, supporting API-based integrations, ensuring smooth hypercare, and maintaining long-term integration stability. The individual will work closely with customer technical and operations teams, marketplace/ERP partners, and internal engineering teams to deliver seamless onboarding and reliable production support.
This role provides exposure to large-scale e-commerce and retail ecosystems, working with global marketplaces and enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding & Training
Own technical onboarding of new customers, including integration setup, validation, and readiness for go-live.
Conduct training sessions for customer technical and operations teams on integrations, APIs, and workflows.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders during onboarding and hypercare phases.
Integration & API Support
Test APIs and new product features using tools such as Postman and validate integration flows with clients.
Support onboarding of new marketplaces, ERPs, and third-party systems by coordinating with respective technical teams.
Implement and enforce standard testing procedures across customers and channels.
Production & Hypercare Support
Provide timely technical and production support to resolve integration issues during hypercare and post go-live.
Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related incidents and escalations.
Take ownership of maintaining integrations post go-live, ensuring reliability, performance, and stability.
Documentation & Process Improvement
Create and maintain clear technical documentation for integrations, onboarding steps, and support processes.
Identify opportunities for automation across onboarding, testing, and support stages to improve efficiency and quality.
Follow defined processes and contribute to continuous improvement of integration support standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with SQL.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
Basic working knowledge of Java / J2EE.
Experience in testing, debugging, and validating system integrations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-functional and external teams.
Highly process-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.
Engineering degree in any discipline.
Prior exposure to E-commerce or Retail domain is a strong plus.
