About the role

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Manage employee onboarding and maintain accurate records.
  • Support Background Verification (BGV) and other HR processes.
  • Assist with HR documentation, governance, and statutory compliance.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct market research on HR best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and candidate information.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams for smooth HR operations.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
  • Represent INCREFF as a “best place to work” during the recruitment process.
  • Always look for opportunities to automate tasks and improve processes.
