<strong>Location:</strong> 5820 NW 60th St, Parkland, FL 33067<br><br>

<strong>Children:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> 4-year-old son (speech delay support needed) </li>
<li> Newborn infant </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Schedule:</strong><br> Monday–Sunday | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Compensation:</strong><br> 💰 Starting at <strong>$600–$700 per week (live-in position)</strong> – based on experience<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Full daily care of both children </li>
<li> Supporting developmental milestones, especially speech development </li>
<li> Newborn care (feeding, diapering, sleep routines) </li>
<li> Engaging age-appropriate learning and play activities </li>
<li> Light housekeeping related to the children </li>
<li> Maintaining a structured, safe, and nurturing environment </li>
<li> Taking initiative and being proactive in daily routines </li>

<strong>Requirements:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Must have newborn and infant experience </li>
<li> Experience supporting child development (especially speech delay) preferred </li>
<li> Reliable, dependable, and responsible </li>
<li> Some housekeeping experience required </li>
<li> Strong communication skills and professional attitude </li>
<li> Ability to commit long-term (1–2 years preferred) </li>
