Job Description: Incoming Inspection Inspector – Electronics
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Perform incoming inspection of electronic components such as PCBs, sensors, connectors, batteries, motors, ESCs, and RF modules
- Verify components against datasheets, drawings, BOMs, and specifications
- Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections
- Use testing tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, LCR meters, and functional test setups
- Identify and segregate non-conforming materials (NCM)
- Raise and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Coordinate with suppliers for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain inspection records, reports, and traceability documentation
- Support supplier quality audits and evaluations
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100 if applicable)
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and production teams for quality improvements
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, along with 3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
