Job details:
-Conducting dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer,
Height Gauge, Cupping Testing machine, Bevel Protractor, Profile Projector, XRF Plating Tester.
-Responsible for conducting thorough inspections of various types of raw materials, BOP parts (Bought
Out Parts), and job work parts as per established quality standards, specifications, and drawings.
-Performing visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of incoming materials before release to
production.
- Reviewing supplier documents such as inspection reports, material certificates, and quality records.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Monitoring supplier quality performance through defect analysis and implementing corrective and
preventive actions (CAPA).
-Raising Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for rejected materials and following up on supplier corrective action reports (SCAR).
- Conducting root cause analysis using quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto
Analysis.
- Assisted in planning and support conducting supplier quality audits.
-Preparing monthly Supplier PPM reports, evaluating supplier performance, and ensuring achievement
of quality targets through effective CAPA implementation.
