We are looking for Founding Fullstack Engineers to join our team and help us build innovative solutions that enhance digital accessibility for all users. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding team and shape the future of our product and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions for our digital accessibility services, ensuring a seamless user experience.
2. Technology Stack: Work with a modern tech stack, leveraging both frontend and backend technologies to deliver high-quality applications.
3. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and iterate on product features.
4. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and digital accessibility, integrating new technologies and techniques into our offerings.
5. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code, and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards across the team.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in fullstack development, with proficiency in technologies such as JavaScript (React, Node.js), Python, or Ruby on Rails.
2. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in software development.
3. Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG, ARIA).
4. Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
