About The Role

As a Data Visualization and Web Development Specialist at Inclusive Minds, you will play a key role in transforming complex electoral data into compelling, easy-to-understand visual formats that drive strategic decisions for political campaigns.

Required Technical Skills

To be a part of our data and analytics team, candidates should have a strong technical foundation in the following areas:

• Hands-on experience with web visualization frameworks such as D3.js, Chart.js, Highcharts, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in handling relational databases. (optional)
• Proficiency in Python or R or PHP for data processing, analytics, and visualization.
• Experience in working with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib for data handling in Python.
• Ability to automate data processing pipelines and extract actionable insights.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R or PHP for data manipulation and visualization.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and enhancing web-based dashboards.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience in integrating APIs and external data sources into web applications.
