Service Management and Support • Accountable for leading the Support of TRAX. • Liaison with application Vendor on service management activities specific to application • Liaison between Vendor and other key partners for security related project roll outs (Eg .OKTA) • Ensuring activities are performed such as Incident, SLA, organizational change for TRAX through coordination of the business owner and the vendor depending on the application matrix. • Ensures process documentation playbook is kept up to date. • Finds opportunities for improving the efficiency of the processes, driving automated and standardized solutions. . Confirmed Trax technical knowledge • Experience of using an IT service management toolset, ServiceNow ideally • Strong IT Operations experience • Strong ITIL execution experience • Drive issue resolutions with vendor, business and support teams • Support control evidence and compliance completion with vendor and business • Drive application SNOW catalogue changes with vendor, business and support teams • Support organizational change process with vendor and business Vendor Management • Collecting feedbacks from Business and other key partners along with evaluation of services based on analysis of ageing tickets and user issues and Providing feedback to Vendor • Performing monthly service review for TRAX applications. • Ensure that all services assigned to them are delivered as encouraged • Lead service reviews with vendor and source business feedback Communication • Sending out communications for Local Apps on Incidents / Server Outage to all the key partners. • Lead and communicate/ influence efficiently across many different cultures including external company cultures and time zones • Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with Information Technology personnel and vendors… and internal customers • Communicate to business and vendor for application and server incidents, outages and downtime. Education • BE/BTech, preferably in IT, or related field of study required • Professional certification (i.e. ITIL)
