Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai and other Places of PAN India for a Road Property Manager at PRPL. The Road Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing road assets, managing their maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance teams, inspecting road conditions, recording and reporting issues, managing contracts with third-party vendors, and ensuring timely execution of repair work. This role also involves creating and maintaining performance and financial reports, liaising with government bodies as needed, and ensuring cost-efficient and effective property management practices.
Qualifications
- Project management and operations management experience in infrastructure or road property maintenance
- Having Knowledge of Operation Maintenance, Incident And Routine Maintenance work of the National Highways.
- having Experience of 5-7 years in the Highway and Expressway Projects
- Having Proper knowledge of Maintain Proper record of road assets, incident reports, accident Data
- Having Coordinate with NHAI and IE Official
- Strong knowledge in safety protocols, compliance regulations, and contract management
- Skills in inspection, maintenance planning, and technical problem-solving
- Proficient communication, negotiation, and team management capabilities
- Data analysis and reporting skills for creating performance and financial summaries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management tools
- Graduate or diploma in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in highway maintenance or road repair projects is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site and flexibility for travel, if required
Salary- 30k to 40K Per Month
