Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering all HR processes and functions under M/S Lucky Minerals Pvt Ltd at NMDC Steel Plant, Jagdalpur,Chhattisgarh that meet quality standards and company policies.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead and drive in implementation of HR initiatives and systems(for both staffs and workers) in different locations. Total manpower strength approximately 2800 nos.
2. Lead role in new recruitment process as per MIP/PO/Approval and onboarding.
3. Ensure Induction , Orientation, and different training programs as per TNI.
4. Study of attendance/OT records and analysis and pay roll processing.
5. Maintain required records & registers to meet legal & statutory compliances as per the labour laws(Staffs and workers).
6. Handling of IR issues. Take disciplinary action and addressal of grievances .
7. Review and facilitate proper working conditions and welfare facilities of employees at site.
8. Lead role in establishing HR Processes such as organization structure, JDs, KRA,Performance appraisal, employee engagement etc.
9. Attrition analysis.
10.Entry and exit formalities
11.Liasioning with labour law authorities etc
Skills Required:
1.Technical Skills:
Sound understanding of HR policies and rules and regulations w.r.t payroll, new joiner orientation and manpower management
Sound understanding of all labour laws, legal, statutory and regulatory compliances.
Knowledge of Microsoft tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
2.Behavioural Skills:
Good communication and leadership skills
Strong interpersonal skills in managing direct and indirect reporters.
Good monitoring and assessment capability
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
Experience:
8 years and above in the above fields
CTC-9 Lacs to 12 Lacs based on the potential.
