Role Overview
We are seeking a talented AI-Native Full Stack Developer with a passion for building modern, scalable web applications and leveraging AI-assisted development tools. You will contribute to the complete software development lifecycle, delivering high-quality frontend and backend solutions while integrating LLMs into production workflows and using AI-assisted development tools responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web and mobile applications.
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, React Native, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (Tailwind CSS is a plus).
• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js APIs and/or .NET APIs (C#)
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL services where applicable.
• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs into applications and implement prompt-based AI workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector-based search solutions.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools while ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with appropriate unit and integration tests.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth2, and industry best practices.
• Develop Dockerized applications and participate in CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Required Technical Skills
• Frontend: React.js, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design.
• Backend: Node.js and/or .NET API Development (C#), RESTful APIs
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• DevOps & Tools: Docker, Git, CI/CD Pipelines.
• AI & Modern Development: LLM API Integration, AI-Assisted Development (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend development fundamentals.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development tools and LLM integrations.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
