Founders' Office Associate

Inc42 is looking for a generalist who is passionate about product, marketing & startups, and to help build India's leading media & intelligence platform. You will be part of the Founders' Office team that drives important projects across the company. You will be working closely with the founders on various aspects of growing Inc42 – across marketing, product, and operational domains, offering a diverse array of experiences and challenges. You will assist in the entire lifecycle of our marketing and product initiatives, from ideation to execution, manage stakeholder communications, resolve issues, and contribute to cost optimization efforts. Your role will also involve supporting talent acquisition, coordinating with internal teams, and driving operational excellence across the organisation. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, someone who would ideally like to start a venture in the next 2-3 years. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for startups, a background in marketing (with some product exposure), and a knack for getting things done efficiently.
