Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru. As an Event Sales Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their gifting requirements and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities include event planning and coordination, managing sales pipelines, building and nurturing customer relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. You will ensure superior customer service and help clients create memorable experiences through luxury gifting solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Communication and Sales to effectively engage clients and promote offerings.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to drive sales and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and technology tools for sales tracking and customer management is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
- A passion for luxury products and attention to detail in service delivery is highly desirable.
