Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Sales Representative, based in Pune City. The role involves engaging with prospective clients through inbound sales inquiries, addressing client questions, and understanding their needs to recommend appropriate solutions. Key responsibilities include maintaining positive client relationships, successfully converting inquiries into sales, managing account information, and ensuring seamless order processing for customers. The Inbound Sales Representative will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales with the ability to identify and convert leads into customers.
- Strong Communication skills, including active listening, clarity, and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in Customer Service and handling customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Knowledge of Order Processing and the ability to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer requests.
- Skills in Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
