Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inbound Sales Representative role based in Ahmedabad. The Inbound Sales Representative will handle incoming inquiries from potential and existing clients, qualify leads, understand their branding and content needs, and recommend appropriate services. The role includes managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact to order processing, ensuring accurate documentation of requirements and timely follow-up. The individual will collaborate with account management and creative teams to align client expectations with deliverables and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Daily activities also include maintaining an updated CRM, preparing basic sales reports, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales skills, including lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing deals.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, with confident client-facing presentation skills.
- Strong custom proposal building expertise keeping client & scope in mind
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
- Order Processing and basic administrative skills to manage proposals, contracts, and accurate sales documentation.
- Account Management capabilities to onboard clients, coordinate with internal teams, and support ongoing engagements.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
- Prior experience in agency, IT services, SaaS, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
