Hiring: Sales Executive (Inside Sales) – DealConverter CRM
DealConverter is a growing SaaS CRM platform focused on helping businesses manage leads, automate follow-ups, and improve sales efficiency.
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can handle inbound leads, execute structured follow-ups, and convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and assigned leads through CRM
Execute follow-up strategies using calls and WhatsApp
Convert not connected leads into qualified opportunities
Maintain daily call targets and follow-up schedules
Update lead status and notes in CRM consistently
Understand customer requirements and present solutions
Daily Expectations:
50 to 80 calls per day depending on lead volume
Follow structured 12-week follow-up process
Maintain accurate tracking of all interactions
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of sales processes
Comfortable working with CRM tools
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
Eligibility:
Any graduate or diploma
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of sales experience
Experience in telecalling, SaaS, or CRM sales is an advantage
