Job SummaryThe Inbound Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, explaining home loan products, and supporting them through the loan application process. This role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to manage high call volumes while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Conduct customer profiling to assess loan eligibility and match suitable products.
- Guide customers through the loan application process and assist with documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-ups until loan closure and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with branch sales teams to schedule appointments for login.
- Generate references from satisfied customers to expand the lead pool.
Qualifications & Skills- Freshers/Graduate degree (any stream); prior experience in home loan, LAP or financial sales preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and processing.
- Target-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
Performance Metrics (KPIs)- Daily call volume (e.g., 80–100 calls/day).
- Lead conversion rate.
- Loan login targets.
