Job Summary
The Inbound Sales Lead is responsible for managing and converting incoming customer inquiries into qualified business opportunities. This role involves engaging with leads generated through multiple channels such as website, calls, emails, and marketing campaigns, ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective conversion into sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
Handle and respond to inbound leads from website, calls, emails, and digital campaigns
Qualify leads based on defined business criteria and customer requirements
Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems
2. Customer Interaction
Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
3. Sales Conversion
Convert inbound inquiries into qualified sales opportunities
Coordinate with the sales team for further discussions and deal closures
Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
4. Coordination
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality
Share customer feedback and market insights with internal stakeholders
5. Reporting
Track inbound lead performance and conversion metrics
Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Certifications in Sales or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
Experience
2–5 years of experience in inbound sales, lead management, or customer support
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems preferred
Key Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer handling and problem-solving ability
Lead qualification and sales conversion skills
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
