Inbound Sales Executive – Mental Health, Fitness & Wellness - Adyar
- Location:* Adyar, Chennai | *Experience:* 1–2 years | *Pay:* ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
*About the Role*
We are hiring an Inbound Sales Executive to handle sales calls for our wellness services including Sound Healing, Yoga, Pranic Healing, and other mental health & fitness programs. You’ll convert leads into clients through calls, follow-ups, and clear explanation of services.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Lead Handling*: Call leads/prospects, explain products & services, and convert them into sales
- *Client Coordination*: Follow up with clients for sessions/events, manage appointments, and ensure client satisfaction
- *CRM & Reporting*: Update lead status in CRM, maintain data/reports, and share insights with team
- *Stakeholder Support*: Coordinate with trainers, healers, and ops team for smooth session delivery
- *On-ground*: Participate in events/sessions outside office when required. Travel involved for events
*Requirements*
- 1–2 years in inbound sales/telecalling, preferably wellness, healthcare, or fitness
- Excellent verbal & written communication, negotiation skills, and pleasing personality
- Multilingual preferred – Tamil, English, Hindi
- Comfortable with targets, CRM tools, and flexible hours
- Basic MS Office and reporting skills

Work Location: Adyar, Chennai.
