Hiring — Inbound Sales Executive | Wegress Media | Remote, India
We're hiring an Inbound Sales Executive to handle leads coming in from our paid Meta / Google / LinkedIn ad campaigns, qualify them, and book meetings on the founder's calendar. The founder closes the deals. You set up the conversation.
This is a commission-heavy role. READ THE COMPENSATION SECTION BEFORE APPLYING.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Call back inbound leads within 5–10 minutes of them filling our form
• Run discovery + qualification on every lead — understand their business, budget, and intent
• Book qualified meetings on the founder's Calendly for closing calls
• WhatsApp follow-ups for leads who don't pick up (templates provided)
• Manage daily pipeline in TeleCRM — clean dispositions, clean notes
• Target: 40–50 dials/day, 10–15 qualified meetings booked and held per week
WHO YOU ARE
• 1–3 years of inside sales / SDR / appointment-setter experience at a marketing or digital agency
• Fluent in both English AND Hindi — written and spoken
• Confident on the phone. No hesitation. No scripts that sound scripted.
• Comfortable with call recording, daily reporting, structured CRM hygiene
• Bonus: you've sold to B2B industrial, manufacturing, or commercial buyers
COMPENSATION — READ CAREFULLY
This is a variable-heavy role. If you cannot accept a low base, please scroll past.
• Base: ₹10,000–12,000/month
• ₹500–1,000 per qualified meeting that gets held
• ₹3,000–5,000 per closed deal from a meeting you booked
• Realistic OTE if you hit targets: ₹40,000–55,000/month
• Best month possible at full velocity: ₹65,000+
If that math works for you, you will do well here. If you need ₹25K+ as guaranteed base, this is not the role.
