We’re looking for someone who can convert inbound leads into revenue and ensure customers actually succeed with the product.
💥 What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound leads (demo requests, signups, queries)
- Running demos and closing deals with D2C brands & agencies
- Onboarding customers and getting them to value fast
- Ensuring customers stay active and don’t churn
- Driving upsells and expansion
- Acting as the bridge between customer, product, and growth
✅ Job Criteria (Must-Have)
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS Sales / Inbound Sales / Customer Success
- Proven ability to close inbound leads (demos → paid customers)
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Comfortable working with US/UK clients
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur (onsite role)
