Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Sales & Customer Service Executive at our Gurgaon location. Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, guiding customers on products and services, providing exceptional support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will manage customer relationships, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining effective communication with both new and existing clients, providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

Handle inbound calls from customers and assist with bookings, queries, and upselling services
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable offerings to maximize conversions
Deliver a high-quality customer experience with a sales-focused approach
Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards
💰 CTC: ₹32,000
💼 Customer Service Executive
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries via calls in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency
Provide accurate information about services, bookings, and policies
Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality conversations
Maintain proper documentation of interactions in the system
Adhere to company processes, SLAs, and quality standards
💰 CTC: ₹29,000
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Undergraduate
Minimum 6 months of experience
Excellent communication skills
