We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Inbound Operations Executive who is fluent in both Spanish and English to handle international travel operations, coordinate with overseas clients and suppliers, and ensure smooth travel arrangements for inbound tourists.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound travel operations for international clients.
- Communicate with Spanish and English-speaking guests, agents, and partners.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transport, sightseeing, guides, and other travel services.
- Prepare itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents.
- Manage guest queries and provide timely support before and during travel.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and ground handling teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of tours and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
- Work closely with the sales and reservations team.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) .
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel operations or hospitality preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of international travel destinations and itinerary planning is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel CRM/software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Team player with good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of GDS or ticketing systems will be an added advantage.
