Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Customer Service Representative located in Navi Mumbai. The individual will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide high-quality support, and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include answering customer questions, resolving claims-related queries, addressing policy-related concerns, and providing an excellent customer experience through efficient communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in improving Customer Experience and maintaining high levels of Customer Relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Familiarity with the insurance industry or previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
