About the Role
We are hiring Inbound Calling Executives for the Bharti AXA Inbound Calling Process. The role involves handling incoming calls, understanding customer queries, providing accurate information, maintaining call records, and coordinating with relevant teams when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand and resolve customer queries.
- Provide accurate information and updates.
- Maintain call logs and records.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
- Follow defined processes and maintain service quality.
- Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and local languages.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Ability to follow processes and work accurately.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum HSC / Graduation.
Job Details
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand
🕘 Shift: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM / 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
📅 Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)
📍 Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai (MBP)
