Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Inbound Call Executive. The Inbound Call Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information about PPStack’s services, and address customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing high volumes of inbound calls, maintaining accurate customer records, providing solutions tailored to customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to foster positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in managing high volumes of phone calls and maintaining records
- Basic understanding of EdTech products and services, or a willingness to learn
- Organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
- Technical proficiency with CRM software and call management tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
