Programmatic Advertising Specialist


We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and data-driven Programmatic Campaign Specialist to take charge of our digital ad campaigns. You’ll spearhead our programmatic advertising efforts, from designing audience strategies to executing high-performing campaigns, you’ll be the go-to expert navigating the entire programmatic ecosystem. Responsibilities:

• Own the entire programmatic process—from audience segmentation to campaign optimisation.

• Leverage advanced tools to deliver targeted, high-impact ads.

• Collaborate with a team that values your insights and creativity will bring the supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise can have the most impact.


Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, and optimize programmatic ad campaigns across DSPs.

• Set up targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies to meet performance goals.

• Monitor delivery and performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROI, conversions) to ensure campaign success.

• Collaborate with creative teams to test and iterate ad creatives (e.g., banners, video).


Data Analysis

• Dive into data to tell compelling stories and shape our programmatic strategy.

• Use the DMP to create and refine audience segments based on demographic, behavioural, and geographic data.

• You are excited by analysing campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and actionable optimizations.

• Build lookalike audiences and retargeting pools to improve efficiency and reach.

• Prepare detailed campaign performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.


Ad Operations

• Ensure proper trafficking of ads, including implementing tracking pixels, VAST tags, and other technical requirements.

• Troubleshoot delivery issues with SSPs or publishers and resolve discrepancies.

• Monitor fraud prevention and brand safety measures.

• Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to maintain high campaign standards.


Collaboration and Strategy

• Work with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, analytics) to align on campaign goals.

• Stay updated on industry trends, ad tech innovations, and best practices.

• Proactively recommend strategies to improve programmatic performance and efficiency.


Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years in programmatic advertising, media buying, or digital marketing.

• You can prove proficiency in analyzing campaign data and generating actionable insights, and can demonstrate your technical know-how.

• Hands-on experience with DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360) and DMPs (e.g., Lotam

e, Salesforce).

• You’re a natural communicator with superb written and verbal skills who can simplify complex ideas for any audience.

• Verifiable excellence is preferred to education credentials but qualifications in Data Analytics and/or Digital Advertising/Marketing will be well received.
