Responsibilities:
Job Position Title:
IN||Senior Associate II Application Support || IT Security ||IFS|| PAN India
s a Senior Project Manager in our Tech Hub team, your impact will be seen through the
following accountabilities:
- Develop project management plans, scope, objectives and timelines.
- Define project governance and structure.
- Manage dependencies and activities.
- Manage project budgets and resources.
- Lead project teams and assign tasks.
- Monitor and communicate project status to stakeholders and/or lead steering
committees.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and remove roadblocks for the team.
- Lead a project team of 5 20+ technical exp
Mandatory skill sets:
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Proficiency and certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP,
PRINCE2, Agile).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
- Understanding of risk management and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Management of a large budget and project teams.
- A seasoned and senior expert who can lead the delivery of results through others
and provide advice vertically and horizontally.
- Ability to solve complex business problems with minimal guidance provided
- A Team Leader who leads individual contributors who are experienced technical
experts and/or leads medium sized operational teams (team size of 5-20+ people).
- You can form annual prioritisation of work for yourself and team, support of the
broader BU agenda.
- Ability to lead a number of large projects with broad impact.
- Ability to influences others to support long term strategic objectives at a Business
and BU level.
- Ability to manage a budget and monitor spend for your area.
