Retail & Corporate Banking: Understanding of products and services offered by retail and corporate banking, including: o Savings Accounts, Loans, Fixed Deposits, Credit Cards, Mortgages, etc. o Corporate Lending, Treasury Management, Trade Finance, Risk Management, etc.
Payment Systems: Familiarity with payment processing systems and protocols like RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, CBDC and digital wallets.
FinTech & Digital Banking: Awareness of the latest trends in FinTech, digital banking transformation, and banking apps.
- Ability to create BRDs, use cases, process diagrams, design technology solutions, functional specifications drafting, API mapping, supporting SIT and UAT testing.
- Data Analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- BPMN/UML tools such as Visio, Lucid chart etc., and requirements tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Domain-Specific KPIs & Systems Knowledge - Understanding of Core Banking Systems (Finacle, TCSBancs).
- Effective stakeholder communication, collaboration, and change management skills

Years of experience required:
Minimum 5 years in business analysis, with at least 2 years in Banking/Financial sector experience.
Education qualification:
BE/ BTech in (Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent degree in relevant discipline) or MCA or MTech/ MSc in (Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronic & Communications Engineering) with MBA in (Information Technology / Finance/ Operations / Marketing / Banking or equivalent degree in relevant discipline)
