We're Hiring – Room Dining Order Taker

Position: Room Dining Order Taker
Key Responsibilities: ✔ Take and process in-room dining orders accurately and efficiently
✔ Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally
✔ Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery
✔ Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and guest service standards
✔ Knowledge of MICROS/POS operations preferred
Requirements: • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Previous experience in hospitality/F&B operations is an advantage
• Guest-focused attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work in shifts
