Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an In-Process Engineer & Production Coordinator. The role involves designing and controlling production processes, ensuring quality standards, analyzing workflows, and optimizing operations. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and maintain efficient process engineering. Additionally, responsibilities may include troubleshooting and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and compliance.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Process Design and Process Engineering to develop and implement efficient and effective production workflows
- Proficiency in Process Control and troubleshooting to ensure consistent performance and adherence to quality standards
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate production data and identify areas for improvement
- Familiarity with Chemical Engineering principles and applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial setting
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, production coordination, or process optimization is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
